Another Success Story from Mentis Legal. A client approached US in a desperate situation, because of her late husband’s untimely death and inconsistency in their testimonies, convinced that her status will be terminated soon.
We drafted, submitted a response to USCIS and supporting evidences in such a quality that her conditional status was removed, even without having previously scheduled an interview. She is now applying for a naturalization to become a US Citizen.
