Our team members are long-time experienced lawyers who have been providing professional services for international and local companies, government agencies and non-profits. Our consultants are former and current public employees,who developed and contributed to the current as well as drafts of legislation and regulations. 

Being oriented in providing services to corporations and non-profits, we are in constant touch and interaction with the government policy developers, in order to provide accurate, timely legal advice and services to our clients.Several drafts of laws and regulations have been composed and written by our team members, who are widely recognized experts in their areas of practice.

The geography of operational activities of Mentis Legal® goes far beyond Armenia, since our clients have to deal with many foreign jurisdictions, including US, China, several EU and Eastern Europe countries, Georgia and Russia. This makes us globally monitor legislation changes in the respective jurisdictions. Our ordinary services are provided in three languages: Armenian, English and Russian, whereas close interaction with Gaudeamus LLC, allows us to provide services in most of the languages our customers require.

Based on our belief that every case is special, we never use templates. Thus, paying special attention to the quality of our legal products, which is assured by cross check of every single document produced at Mentis Legal®. Once the first draft is completed, it's forwarded to a peer associate for revision and comments. Finally all of the products are revised by a senior associate and proofread by a language specialist to be sent out.

Confidentiality is one of the most prioritized pillars of our operations and every team member has signed and a new team member signs a NDA, prior to being given access to the confidential data under our possession.
