Academically “Legal Research” is generally the process of finding an answer to a legal question or checking for legal precedent that can be cited, used, referred to in a brief, memo, document, case or at trial.
Laws, regulation, legal theory and their perception are constantly changed, amended and developed, thus making legal research an integral and important part of any legal practice of every jurisdiction.
We propose our services in legal research in several ways:
1. splitting the case into parts and researching the issues of it,
2. looking at the case as a whole. Our research product is not limited to researching the domestic jurisdiction,
3. it can also include foreign jurisdiction as well as legal precedents of foreign countries.
Finding the law plays a very important role in legal research however the ability to analyze the law, to find the issue and reach a conclusion or formulate an argument based on it is just as essential.
